RIVER ROCK
When water and glaciers get together, river rock is often the result. River rock comes in an amazing variety of shapes, sizes, and colors. It all depends on where it was harvested and how long it was exposed to the magnificent forces of nature.
From granite to basalt, every river has its own signature as far as color, material and shape is concerned. A small stream at a high elevation may have cobble-looking stones (some soft edges with blocky shapes) whereas a large river will produce some of the smoothest and rounded stones on earth.
River Rock helps to create a Northwestern feel to your home or cabin. It is great for building natural-looking water features, dry creek beds, fireplaces, and walls.
We offer two types of River Rock: Kettle Falls and Montana Rainbow.
